There are no full Refunds. 

Should you/we cancel your event last minute, due to bad weather only (rain/snow/high winds ) , you can use your full credit for up to 1 yr for a future event.

If you need to reschedule to another date for  reasons other than the weather please let us know at least 5 days in advance so we can rent the unit to another client, and you can use your deposit/full payment up to 1 year. Last minute cancellations will incur other rescheduling charges.

When rescheduling please let us know your new date in advance (at least 2-3 weeks) so we can secure the unit for you.

If for any reason, a refund is processed, please note that transaction fees will be applied. 

 

Safety of your children is our top priority CASTLE MANIA reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to bad weather. Deliveries could be delayed or cancelled due to bad weather conditions. If forecast predicts wind speeds of 30km/hr or higher, 50% or higher chance of rain, we will contact you the day prior to, or the morning of your rental to discuss relocation or rescheduling options. We can under no circumstances set up an Inflatable unit in high winds or if it is actively raining due to the increased chance of injury.  

 

DELIVERY AND SET UP POLICY 

Delivery fee depends on your location and the specific equipment you are renting.

▪️Delivery rates available at checkout are a base fee based on location which include the delivery and set up of up to TWO items ONLY (e.g. 2 bouncy castles/ 2 tents) . For multi-item rentals like chairs, tables, food machines, generators, multiple castles, etc, there will be extra fees and we will contact you in this case after you have submitted your order .

▪️Minimum order requirement to offer delivery. It varies depending on the city. We do NOT provide delivery for smaller orders. 🔹For order that do not meet the minimum requirements- make sure to select Client Pick-up at checkout. Only available for selected items. 

 **** For SET-UP PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SPACE IS CLEARED, SO WE CAN HAVE ACCESS TO THE AREA WHERE YOU WANT THE SET UP.

NOTE: THESE ARE VERY HEAVY UNITS IF THERE ARE STEPS|RAMPS| ETC THERE WOULD BE EXTRA CHARGES FOR SET UP**** KINDLY ADVISE IN ADVANCE.

*** FOR SAFETY REASONS, SET UP HAS TO BE 50FT FROM POWER SOURCE MAXIMUM. WE WILL PROVIDE 1 EXTENSION CORD. CLIENT IS TO PROVIDE POWER SOURCE OR WE CAN BRING GENERATORS AT AN EXTRA COST. 

 

 

SAFETY POLICIES

Under NO circumstances, you can use the inflatable if the wind speed exceeds 25km/hr or under rain/thunderstorms. 

Castle Mania is not liable for any damages or injuries. We do secure the units to the ground to the best of our ability and ensure proper set up of the units, however the client must be fully responsible for supervision, as well as the safe operation of the unit and the safety of the children.

*YOU MUST NOT TURN ON THE INFLATABLE GAMES/CASTLES UNDER HIGH WINDS; OR OPERATE THE UNITS UNDER RAIN/THUNDERSTORMS*

 It is the responsibility of the person or organization hiring this inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to children (or any participants) or any damage to the inflatable or air blower

The following Safety Instructions should be followed:

●   Please do not go over the weight limit. 

●  ABSOLUTELY NO SILLY STRING, No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk. 

● Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the Inflatable.

● No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired)

● NO smoking on or around the Inflatable or no barbeques around the Inflatable

● Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.

● A responsible Adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

● Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Avoid large & small children from using it at the same time

● Ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause
distress to others. No flips or somersaults.

● No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at any time.

● Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous

● Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.

● Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

● In the event of rain or high winds 25kph , evacuate the inflatable and unplug immediately.

Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous when wet. If these situations occur, all riders must be evacuated and unit must be deflated until the winds die down and/or the rain stops. Once the storm passes, re-inflate the unit and dry off the inside before using the unit again.

● Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time

● No hanging from netting on the sides or roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.

● Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electrical shock and serious injury from moving parts on the blower.

● Rain Policy: In the event that the weather forecast for the event day is heavy rain or strong winds (over 25 kph), the customer or we (castle mania) may choose to reschedule the inflatable rental. Credit can be used for up to 1 yr.

● Bounce Houses MUST be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. Do not use if the winds exceed 25kph - a bounce house can flip over in high winds.

● Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.

● THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY ON THE INFLATABLE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.

 

CLEANING FEES

Keep the unit clean.*** IF YOU RENT A DRY UNIT - DO NOT PUT WATER ON THE UNIT.  (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge.
