Delivery fees
Delivery fee depends on your location and the specific equipment you are renting.
▪️Delivery rates available at checkout are a base fee based on location which include the delivery and set up of up to TWO items ONLY (e.g. 2 bouncy castles/ 2 tents) . For additional items like chairs, tables, generators, or more than 2 castles, there will be extra fees and we will contact you in this case after you have submitted your order .
▪️Minimum order requirement to offer delivery varies depending on the city. We do no provide delivery for smaller orders. 🔹For orders that do not meet the minimum requirement - please make sure to select Client Pick-up at checkout (Available for selected items).
REFUND POLICY
There are no full Refunds.
Should you cancel your event last minute, due to bad weather only (rain/snow/high winds ) , you can use your full credit for up to 1 yr for a future event.
If you need to reschedule to another date for other reasons please let us know at least 5 days in advance, you can use your deposit/full payment up to 1 year.
When rescheduling please let us know your new date in advance (at least 2 weeks) so we can secure the unit for you.
